Lauren Hermanus is a sustainable development specialist focusing on issues of green economy, energy, and urban resilience across the public and private sectors. She is interested in how grappling with complexity can transform and enhance plans to achieve sustainable and equitable development. She is the strategic director and co-founder of the Massive Small Collective (http://www.massivesmall.org/), is a researcher on the EU-funded interdisciplinary GREEN-WIN project, and works independently with various organisations.
