Maylat Mesfin

Maylat is the social sector advisor for the Sustainable Development Goals Center for Africa in Kigali, Rwanda. She focuses on generating policy alternatives for programmes and initiatives, as well as engaging citizens on the 2030 Agenda. She has worked in Ethiopia on community and educational development of children and youth from low-income families, and has a master's in social work, specialising in international and community development, from the University of Calgary, Canada.
