Leni is Head of the Politics and Governance Programme at the Overseas Development Institute, an independent international development think-tank based in London. She has deep experience in adaptive programming, and issues of institutional reform, incentives, and complex systems. She is a co-convener of the Doing Development Differently network, and has led engagement on these issues with a number of donor partners, including DFID, the World Bank, Sida, and others.
