Danielle Jolicoeur

Contributing author Danielle Jolicoeur is the Resilience Advisor for Mercy Corps’ West, Central and North Africa Resilience Hub. She leads the Hub’s resilience strategy, which seeks to sustain development outcomes through building long-term local capacity to address the underlying drivers of vulnerability related to climate change, conflict, gender inequality and poor governance. She has lived and worked in the region since 2014 since joining Mercy Corps in 2011.
